When faced with a difficult decision I have often asked what would the person I consider my moral compass do in a similar situation. It has always served me well to just stop and ask myself, “What would Joey Buttafuoco do?”.
This worked well until I recently read about the series on Bill Clinton that PBS is planning. I now have a new moral compass.
When I read about one of his aids chasing twenty five women a day out of his office I was reminded of how many times I have gone to the kitchen in the middle of the night for a drink of water, turned on the light and watched the roaches scatter for the nearest hiding spot.
In a scene reminiscent of the one in Schindler’s List I can imagine Monica Lewinski running to hide in the latrine only to find Jennifer Flowers already there.
No wonder Hillary travels so much.
